Before You Book

All customers — new and returning — must submit a new agreement form for each project. Please include as much detail as possible: approximate size, body placement, color or black & gray, and any reference photos.

If you’re planning a cover-up, attach a photo of the existing tattoo. Be sure to read and understand our self-declaration before submitting. We’ll get back to you with more information as soon as possible.

Note: All inquiries are completely non-binding and free of charge. You will receive a response within a short time, usually within 1-2 days. Once we have collected all the information we need regarding your project, you will receive ordering information and a price quote.
